Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ai2ia application (the "Software") operated by ai2ia ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase of a valid subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use ai2ia on devices you own or control
• Use all features for personal or commercial purposes

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial that requires no credit card. After the trial period, access to the Software is paused until you purchase a subscription. No charges are made during the trial.

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. By making a purchase:

• You agree to Paddle's Terms of Service
• Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases
• You will receive a license key upon successful payment

5. Subscription and Cancellation

ai2ia is offered as a monthly subscription at $2.00/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days by contacting ai2ia-support@zundou.org.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, xAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

10. API Keys and Data

You are responsible for managing your own API keys. ai2ia stores API keys locally and does not transmit them to our servers. API usage costs from third-party providers are your responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

The ai2ia name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of ai2ia.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
